VOCABULARY
-FEEL BLUE: It means that you are sad
-SLOW DOWN:Start doing something less fast
-FACE UP:accept that a difficult situation exist
-INSTEAD OF:”en lugar de”
-CHILL OUT:relax completely
-CALM DOWN:become or make somebody quieter or relaxed
-CHEER UP:become or make somebody happier
-OPEN UP:talk about how you feel
-WORK OUT:do physical exercise
-CUT DOWN:reduce the amount you take of something
GRAMMAR
In this unit we have seen the four types of conditional sentences, here´s a review:
-FIRST CONDITIONAL-
If/unless + present simple, will/ won´t + infinitive
EX: If they pass their final exams, they will go to Spain on summer holidays to learn some spanish there.
-SECOND CONDITIONAL-
If + past simple, would + infinitive
EX: I would choose going to Sevilla on the school trip if I were the headmaster of the school.
-THIRD CONDITIONAL-
If + past perfect simple, would have + past participle
EX: I wouldn´t have spoken to her if I had known that you both don´t get on well.
